Refund Policy (Returns & Exchanges) — Physical Product

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of MemoryLift™ (“Product”) sold on this website. ClickBank is the retailer of products on this site. If you need help with a refund, return, exchange, or order issue, please contact us at help@memorylift.com.

1) Refunds (Money-Back Policy)

Most purchases are eligible for a refund request within 60 days of the original purchase date, in accordance with ClickBank’s standard refund process.

  • Within 60 days: The fastest way is to request your refund through ClickBank’s customer support / order tools.
  • After 60 days: ClickBank may direct you to contact us for assistance. We may be able to request a return on your behalf up to 365 days from purchase, depending on eligibility and circumstances.

Important: Shipping and handling charges (if any) are typically non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or unless the shipment arrived damaged/incorrect.

2) Returns (Physical Returns)

Because this is a consumable supplement, returns (when applicable) may be subject to these rules:

  • We may require unopened and unused product(s) for a physical return.
  • Do not mail anything back until you receive return instructions from our support team.
  • If a return shipment is required, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item shipped) or a verified damaged/defective product.

3) Exchanges / Replacements (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will help you with a replacement or exchange, when available.

To request a replacement:

  • Email help@memorylift.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your full name, order email, and order receipt, plus photos of the package and product.

If approved, we will provide instructions and ship a replacement (or another resolution), depending on inventory and fulfillment limitations.
